As a society we're getting busier and busier, rushing between work, family and relationship commitments, a social life, and everything else we try to squeeze in-between. For example, don't try meal prepping with all new recipes. When you're cooking multiple things at once, it can be easy to lose track of the time. Always check your schedule before grocery shopping and adjust the amount of food you make to accommodate any meals you're not going to be needing.
